I own one that is almost identical but is round not triangular. It is quite large and looks like brand new.The two decorative pieces attached to the chain have a heart design under the chain.
The main ornament has a raised surface with pearls (a dome effect), stones, pearls and several areas of enamel. The back says Korda and has the same background. I think the numbers on the back look like 113 on left and 6 on the right. It is just beautiful and doesn't appear to have ever been repaired.
The chain is original.
