The AMOLAD Press Book
Many films have Press Books that were created by the studio or production comany and sent out to the cinema managers, this was in the days before the big chains of cinemas when most cinemas were run as individual operations. Press books typically contain background information about the film, ready made copy for inserting into the local press, posters and other material available from the studio publicity department and maybe some suggestions as to how the film should be promoted. That last part often contains some quite ludicrous suggestions.
But the AMOLAD Press Book is one of the best I've ever seen. Not only in physical size and number of pages but also the quality of the information inside it. And I don't say that just because I love the film so much - although that is certainly a bonus.
